- Q. Does Ham University
require a sound card?
- A. Yes.
- Q. Does Ham University
run on all versions of Windows?
- A. Everything from Win95 up -- including WinXP and Win2003.
- Q. I downloaded the product and it works fine but then
it just exits after 4-5 minutes for no reason.
- A. It's time to register.

- Q. Does the demo version have all the features of the
paid-for version?
- A. Yes -- except the demo version times out.

- Q. Does Ham University
support the latest question pools?
- A. Yes. Version 2.007 includes all the current question
pools plus the new Technician Class question pools that start July
1, 2006.

- Q. What happens if I buy Ham
University and there is another upgrade?
- A. We are now including free upgrades for three years with
a personal license. After three years you can renew your license at half
price.
- Q. What is the Technician Edition?
A. This Edition has been replaced by the General Edition.
- Q. What is the General Edition?
A. This is a low cost get-started edition covering the Technician
and General Exams with the CW and Extra Class portions disabled.
- Q. What is the CW/Extra Edition?
A. This is a low cost edition with just the CW and Extra Class
portions enabled -- order this if you are outside the US and just want to
learn the code.

Q. If I own two PC's and register Ham
University can I run it on both machines?
A. Yes. But you must activate each copy separately.
