 | The purpose of the quiz section is to let you browse through the FCC examination questions and drill yourself on them selectively.

| To select a totally random question, click the  or press the SPACE BAR. To select a random question from the next question group, click  or press TAB. You can go back to the previous question group by clicking  or pressing SHIFT-TAB.

| | To answer a question, click the panel with your choice of answer. You can try different answers until you find the correct one.
|

| You can focus the questions presented to you in two ways. First, you can go to the Quiz Options Dialog Box and select just the topics you want. Second, you can lower the focus slider. The colored square in the top panel shows how you are doing.

| It may be easier to focus your thoughts using the optional markers. 
|
|
|
| To browse through all the questions, use the arrow keys. RIGHT takes you to the next sub-topic DOWN takes you to the next alternate question in the current sub-topic PAGE DOWN takes you to the next topic and HOME and takes you to the first sub-topic. LEFT, UP, PAGE UP and END take you the other way.

| A new quiz is given the default name MYOWN.QIZ. A quiz with this name saves automatically. All your option settings are saved so they will be there when you start up again. Quiz settings are saved with a filetype of .QIZ.
